Dr. SYED ABDUL CADER

Executive chairman
Founder of Sky Group of Companies in UAE, India, MEA and GCC.

A business man by nature, Dr. Syed Abdul Cader, observed the need for time sensitive, express delivery systems in the UAE.

In 1993, the presence of delivery companies in the UAE was limited, to what it is today. The connectivity and networking during the time was primitive and required development. An official document required more than 3 working days to be delivered locally.

This led Dr. Syed Abdul Cader to embark on an ambitious vision- to bridge the time gap in deliveries, and bring about novel and efficient delivery systems to satisfy customer preferences in the UAE.

This idea propelled him to set up SkyEx during the year 1997, with a limited number of dedicated and hardworking personnel.Through his leadership and guidance, SkyEx has grown leaps and bounds to what it is today.

Sky Express International LLC provides comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions to customers.

Headquartered in the Middle East (UAE), Sky Express International LLC is located strategically at crossroads between the East and West. This central and Pivotal location of our company facilitates efficient and customized delivery services, a better connectivity to more businesses and customers in the Middle East and Worldwide.

As an Executive Chairman of SKY Height Developers, he has the following roles and responsibilities in the organization :

  • Provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
  • Long term strategic operational planning.
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

SYED FAROOQ ISMAIL

Managing Partner

Farooq began his career very early in life, he started his career in Japan and worked in diverse business verticals for almost a decade to accomplish his manifestations and aspirations of life. Farooq has been the key founder in starting the SKY HEIGHT Developers organization with an excellent vision with a problem-solving attitude. He started out in the construction industry in the year 2006. He has a total experience of almost 25 years as an entrepreneur.

He was instrumental in developing almost 13 projects in the last 12 years for SKY Height Developers. He has led the real estate strategies and transactions for SKY HEIGHT Developers, Provided day to day facilities supervision and managed operating budgets and capital budgets for construction projects.

Farooq as a Managing Partner in the organization has the following Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Company goals that ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, upon due consultation with such professional experts as he may deem appropriate, such business case, financial model, operational codes and other documentation as will assure the successful operation and sustenance of the Company’s business.
  • Directed and managed the real estate portfolio for Sky Height Developers for the last 2 decades.
  • Responsible for site selection and entitlement of property for development of residential apartments.
  • Responsible for real estate sales, financing arrangements, new business development.
  • Attend relevant events and conferences to maintain personal & professional development and to build networking and new business contacts.
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
